PDF Format Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Hebei Tengbo Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use PDF Format ("the app") on Android, including the Google Play edition with package name com.ableso.pdf_format_global.
1. Information We Process
Files and content you select. When you choose files or images in the app, we process the selected content and related metadata, such as file name, type, size, and content necessary to perform your requested action. Core features such as viewing, merging, splitting, rotating, compressing, watermarking, encrypting, decrypting, signing, OCR, and image-to-PDF operate locally on your device. We do not upload those files to our servers for these local features.
Local app data. The app stores imported files, generated files, recent-file records, language settings, and feature settings in its local app storage so that it can provide the requested functionality. You can remove local files in the app or by deleting the app.
Advertising data. The app uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google AdMob to show app-open, banner, and interstitial ads. Google and its advertising partners may process device and online identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, app interaction and advertising data, and diagnostic information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and related purposes. The precise data processed depends on your device, region, consent choices, and Google settings. Google describes its processing at Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Website access. If you open our privacy policy or another linked web page from the app, the website and its hosting provider may process standard server log information such as IP address, browser or device information, request time, and requested page for security and service operation.
2. How We Use Information
- to provide the PDF and file-processing features you request;
- to store your selected and generated documents locally on your device;
- to display advertising, limit advertising frequency, measure advertising performance, and prevent advertising fraud;
- to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the app and our website;
- to comply with applicable law and enforce our legal rights.
3. Permissions and Access
The app uses Android's system document picker and share features to access only the files or images that you actively choose or share with the app. It does not request broad access to all files on your device. The current Google Play edition does not request access to your contacts, call logs, SMS messages, microphone, camera, or precise location.
4. Advertising Consent and Choices
Where required, we present Google's consent flow before requesting personalized advertising consent. You may make or change applicable advertising privacy choices through the options provided in the app or through your device and Google account settings. If consent is not available or is declined, ads may be limited or non-personalized where supported. Advertising can still be necessary to support this free app.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as necessary with the following service providers or circumstances:
- Google AdMob and its advertising partners, for the advertising purposes described above;
- our website hosting and infrastructure providers, to host and secure the privacy-policy website;
- public authorities or other parties when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, security, and integrity.
6. Retention and Security
Local documents and app preferences remain on your device until you delete them, delete the app, or the operating system removes them. We retain website logs only as long as reasonably needed for security and service operation. Google retains advertising data under its own policies. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. International Data Transfers
Google and our service providers may process information in countries other than your country of residence. Where applicable, such processing is subject to appropriate safeguards required by law.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of certain personal information. For local documents, you can delete them directly in the app or by uninstalling it. For advertising-related controls, use the consent and account settings described above. 9. Children's Privacy
PDF Format is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will review the request.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the app, advertising services, or applicable law. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date.

本隐私政策说明河北滕博科技有限公司（以下简称“我们”）如何处理您使用 Android 版 PDF格式宝（英文名称：PDF Format，Google Play 包名：com.ableso.pdf_format_global）时的信息。
一、我们处理的信息
您主动选择的文件和内容。当您主动选择文件或图片时，应用会处理完成所请求功能所必需的文件内容及相关信息，例如文件名、类型和大小。PDF 阅读、合并、拆分、旋转、压缩、水印、加密、解密、签名、OCR、图片转 PDF 等核心功能均在您的设备本地完成；我们不会为完成这些本地功能而将您的文件上传至服务器。
本地应用数据。应用会在本地应用存储中保存您导入或生成的文件、最近文件记录、语言设置及功能设置。您可在应用内删除本地文件，或卸载应用以删除这些本地数据。

网站访问。当您从应用内打开隐私政策或其他链接网页时，网站及其托管服务商可能为安全和运行目的处理常规服务器日志信息，例如 IP 地址、浏览器或设备信息、访问时间和请求页面。

- 提供您主动使用的 PDF 和文件处理功能；
- 在您的设备本地保存您选择或生成的文件；
- 展示广告、控制广告展示频率、衡量广告效果及预防广告欺诈；
- 运行、保护、排查故障并改进应用和网站；
- 遵守适用法律并维护合法权益。
三、权限与系统访问
应用通过 Android 系统文件选择器和分享功能，仅访问您主动选择或分享给应用的文件或图片，不申请访问设备全部文件的广泛权限。当前 Google Play 版本不申请通讯录、通话记录、短信、麦克风、相机或精确位置权限。
四、广告同意和选择
在适用法律要求的地区，我们会在请求个性化广告同意前展示 Google 的同意流程。您可以在应用提供的选项中，或通过设备和 Google 账号设置作出或调整相关广告隐私选择。在同意不可用或被拒绝时，如服务支持，可能展示受限或非个性化广告。广告仍可能是支持本免费应用所必需的方式。
五、共享、保存与安全
我们不会出售您的个人信息。仅会在必要范围内与 Google AdMob 及其广告合作伙伴共享广告相关信息，并与网站托管和基础设施服务商共享运行网站所必需的信息；法律要求或保护权利、安全及完整性时，也可能依法披露。您的本地文件和偏好将保留在设备中，直至您删除文件、卸载应用或系统将其移除。网站日志仅在安全和服务运行所合理需要的期限内保存，Google 按其自身政策保存广告数据。我们采取与信息性质相适应的合理安全措施，但任何传输或存储方式均无法保证绝对安全。
六、国际传输和您的权利
